DNW is a nonprofit foundation under Dutch law, with headquarters in the Noordoostpolder in the Netherlands. Its tunnels are situated in a number of locations in the Netherlands and Germany: Noordoostpolder, Amsterdam, Braunschweig, Göttingen and Cologne.
