Wakefield is the president of the corporation as well as contract administrator and program manager for major programs. S.W. Bill Billingsley is our lead designer and principal engineer. Mr. Billingsley has been in business designing and developing s since 1978. Mr. Billingsley has developed magnetic instrumentation for the U.S. Government as a direct employee and subsequently for several companies including Billingsley Aerospace & Defense, Inc. BA&D.
